Ukiseljene paprike

Pored dobrog ukusa, kisela paprika je i prirodni antioksidans.

Odnosno, kisela paprika čuva vitamin C čak i tokom procesa fermentacije.

Takođe, tokom ovog procesa stvara se prirodna mlečna kiselina koja pomaže digestivnom sistemu.

Zbog toga se smatra hranom bogatom proteinima i ugljenim hidratima koja se može koristiti i kao prilog!
