Pickled Peppers

Pickled Peppers are a natural antioxidant and very delicious.

During fermentation, the pickled peppers preserve all the vitamins, especially the vitamin C.

Also, another beneficial characteristic of this type of pickle is the lactic acid that is created naturally that boosts the digestive system.

This food is rich in protein and carbohydrates that can be used as a side dish!
